Reliability of crew/cast.	Change the role for when they’re mostly available, or find a replacement, or change filming days.			High.	Backup crew.
Technical issues.	Taking spare equipment on filming days.			High.	Batteries.
Transport.	Availability of a bus or car.			Medium.	Money or a backup lift.
Location permission.	Sending letters to the councils for permission.			Medium/Low.	Backup locations.
Weather.	Film on days that are the same as the weather that occurred on the first day of filming that scene.			Medium.	Weather forecasting.
Budget.	Get things that are cheap and within budget.			Medium/Low.	Money.
Time constraints.	Manage time.			Low.	The time needed to do it.
Going over budget.	Be careful with budget.			High.	Look for cheaper options.
Bad weather.		If weather is bad and we can’t go out on the filming days, we may need to reschedule the day for a different day, making the filming process longer.	High.		Weather forecasting an see how hot/cold it’ll be throughout the day.

Contingency Plan

I've done this activity because I needed to list the issues that may occur during filming and how big the issue is and how to avoid the issue from happening. I created this activity on a word document as it is easier to create a table for the different sections for the topics. I think this will have an impact on my film as the issues are easy to avoid if you be careful.
